For acclaimed Canadian singer-songwriter Donovan Wood’s latest release, “Big Hurt Boy”, we were hired to guide creative and design all content surrounding the album. A more stripped back album, we aimed to keep things organic with all of the artwork utilizing negative space as much as possible. The album cover is rooted in the idea that these images represent pieces of Donovan, just as his songs do.
